1. Who We Are
The Global Ops is an operating brand of Lara Consulting Inc., a Florida corporation.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, inquiry forms, business applications and related communications.
For privacy questions or requests, contact: hello@theglobalops.com Lara Consulting Inc. d/b/a The Global Ops Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States
2. Information You Provide
When you contact us or submit a business application, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name and professional contact details; company or brand name, website and country; business stage, product category and channels of interest; current or projected order volumes; project description, service needs and intended timeline; answers you choose to share from a starting-point or readiness guide; and information provided during subsequent emails, meetings or proposal discussions.
Business information may also contain personal information, such as the contact details of company representatives. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information through the general inquiry form.
3. Technical Information and Cookies
Our website and hosting providers may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, requested pages and error logs.
Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential website functions, security and preferences. Where additional analytics or marketing technologies are used, the applicable cookie notice describes them and the available choices.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to review inquiries and assess whether our services are appropriate for your needs; respond to questions and arrange business conversations; prepare proposals and discuss potential engagements; maintain inquiry records and manage follow-up; operate, maintain and protect our website and communication systems; and comply with applicable legal obligations and address disputes.
Submitting an application does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. If you separately request or subscribe to marketing updates, you may unsubscribe using the instructions provided or contact us directly.
5. Starting-Point Guides and Applications
A starting-point guide helps you identify matters to discuss with our team. Answers included in a submitted application are used to support our review and follow-up.
A guide or application does not create a client relationship or constitute acceptance of paid services. Any preliminary guidance does not replace an individual assessment of your business.
6. Storage and Service Providers
Inquiry information may be stored in our business email systems, CRM, website systems and supporting business tools.
Service providers may process information on our behalf to support hosting, email, record management, scheduling and other necessary business functions. Access is limited to the information needed for their role and subject to appropriate contractual and security arrangements.
Our current providers for the website and inquiry handling are Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and protects the website and stores submitted inquiries in its database service, and Google LLC, whose Google Workspace services hold our inquiry records (Google Sheets), support our team’s review of them (AppSheet) and deliver inquiry notifications and business email (Gmail). Each processes information only on our instructions and for the purposes described in this policy.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or security, or address fraud and disputes. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable requirements.
7. International Processing
The Global Ops operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where authorized service providers or personnel support our business.
Privacy laws may differ between countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the required arrangements.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including inquiry handling, business follow-up, recordkeeping, legal obligations and dispute resolution.
Retention depends on the nature of the information and whether an inquiry develops into a client relationship. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable obligations and backup processes.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Please contact us if you believe information submitted to us has been accessed or used improperly.
10. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact hello@theglobalops.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning access, portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. We will assess and respond to requests in accordance with applicable requirements.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
11. Client Service Data
Information processed while providing services to a client may also be governed by the relevant client agreement, confidentiality provisions or a separate data-processing agreement.
When we process personal information on a client’s behalf, the client’s instructions, applicable agreement and applicable law govern that processing. Requests relating to a brand’s customer records may need to be directed to that brand.
12. Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to other websites. This policy does not govern their information practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.
13. Children
Our website and business services are intended for adult business representatives and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
